A preparation derived from cacao, in solid, paste, semi-liquid or liquid form, and consisting of chocolate containing a quantity of cacao, sugar, cacao butter, lecithin and vanillin is characterized by the addition of sugar and the incorporation of one or more spices. The ratio of the quantity of sugar added to the quantity of chocolate varies from 25% to 100%, and the ratio of the quantity of spice incorporated to the quantity of chocolate from 0.1% to 15%. The preparation comprises the following steps: melting of the chocolate, addition of sugar, incorporation of spice (5) and, if necessary, of a suitable condiment, and grinding. |
