PURPOSE:To improve the adhesive power between a photosensitive layer and silicone rubber layer by incorporating a high-polymer compd. having phenolic skeleton into the photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:The photoreleasable photosensitive layer contg. a quinone diazide compd. (A) and the high-polymer compd. (B) having the phenolic skeleton and the silicone rubber layer are successively laminated on a base of a titled printing plate. The compounding ratio of the compd. A in the photosensitive layer is preferably 30-95wt.% and the compounding ratio of the compd. B is preferably 5-70wt.%. A novolak resin, etc., are usable for the compd. B. The formation of the photosensitive layer by crosslinking or modifying the partially esterified matter of naphtuoquinone-1, 2-diazide-5-sulfonic acid and novolak resin by an isocyanate compd. is also possible. |
