Two spaced parts (1,2), one of which (1) passes on one side of the pylon, are connected to a moving unit. The other part (2) carries the line to be positioned, and passes the pylon on the opposite side. The two parts are joined by at least one component (7) which is rotatable and bridges over the space between them. This component has a recess (9) large enough to allow the pylon cross beam (B) to enter it. It receives the cross beam coming in at one end, and holds it whilst it turns so that the recess reaches the opposite end of the intermediary space between the appts. parts.
