PURPOSE:To eliminate a constraint to occupy a host computer at the time of a printing action by converting image data and a control instruction from the host computer side into the data applicable to a printing device or a control signal and preserving image data for one page of a copying paper. CONSTITUTION:An image memory 6 to preserve color image data for one page of a copying paper exists in a device. For this reason, by preserving the image data in the image memory 6 and sending the preserved contents to a printing device 5, the constraint to occupy the host computer 1 at the time of printing action can be eliminated, and by providing from a first to a third data converting parts 11-13, a data processing applicable to the form can be executed even if the printing device 5 is of each type of the form, and thus, the processing is not constrained by the printing device 5. |
