CONSTITUTION: The cleaning car 1 and recovering car 2 are made to travel in the intake channel 3 by a command from the controller 9 and the periphytons in the intake channel 3 are peeled by the cleaning car 1. The peeled periphytons and deposits are collected from the shovel 22 of the recovering car 2 via a belt conveyor 21 into a hopper 7.
