PURPOSE:To facilitate oxygen introduction to a superconductor of oxide type by forming the mixture of ceramic powder and metal into tubing, sintering it, and filling the obtained metal tubing of drafty type with superconductor of oxide type. CONSTITUTION:Mixture of ceramic powder and metal powder is formed into tubing and sintered, and the obtained metal tubing of drafty type is filled with superconductor of oxide type to yield a superconductive wire of oxide type. In a drafty tubing formed by sintering normal electroconductive metal and ceramic powder, voids are easily generated around ceramic particles, so that oxygen can be introduced therethrough to empty seats for oxygen in the superconductor of oxide type. This shortens the treatment time for introducing oxygen, and the superconductive characteristics can be enhanced easily. |
