PURPOSE:To smoothly monitor and switch transaction data without generating a speech cutoff in the course of a speech, by obstructing a switching operation of a second switching means until the speech is ended when a second telephone set of a control station side is in the course of the speech, at the time of switching and monitoring the transaction data. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is provided with a first switching means 17a for switching the monitoring of transaction data of an automatic transaction machine 1 from one control station 3 to the other control station 4, based on a control command, and the second switching means 17b for switching a telephone line of a first telephone set 5 from one control station 3 to the other control station 4, based on the control command. Also, this device is provided with an obstructing means 17c for obstructing a switching operation of the second switching means until the speech is ended, when the second telephone set 6 is in the course of the speech at the time of switching and monitoring. In such a way, at the time of switching and monitoring of the transaction data, when the second telephone set 6 is in the course of a call, the switching operation of the second switching means 17b is obstructed, and the telephone line being cut off in the course of the call is prevented. |
