PURPOSE:To improve the comfortableness of any person who takes a bath by providing a sensor for detecting the presence or absence of a person who is taking a bath, an outdoor air temperature sensor, a bathroom indoor temperature sensor, a bathroom humidity sensor and a ventilation fan for discharging air within the bathroom to the outdoors. CONSTITUTION:When a person enters a bathroom 1, the presence of the incomer is sensed by an incomer presence/absence detecting sensor 15. At this time a control circuit 19 judges whether or not the external air temperature detected by an external air temperature sensor 18 is less than a preset temperature. If the external air temperature is less than the preset value, a ventilation fan 8 is not operated. If the external air temperature is not less than the preset value, whether or not the temperature detected by an indoor temperature sensor 16 is less than the preset value and further whether or not the humidity detected by a humidity sensor is less than the preset value, are judged by the control circuit 19. If one of both is not less than the preset value, the ventilation fan 8 is operated until both have preset values, and when both become to have a value less than the preset value, the ventilation fan 8 is stopped. |
