<p>PURPOSE:To improve the off-track to 45 deg. by using a tracking device generating a tracking error signal so as to select the ratio of sum between a difference component of signal crosstalk components from both adjacent tracks and a difference component between crosstalk signal components from right adjacent tracks as other than 1:1 so as to remove the dispersion in the width of head, sensitivity and recording level or the like. CONSTITUTION:After a differential signal output 23 of an operational amplifier 17 of a tracking error signal generating circuit of a tracking device is fed to a differential signal amplifier 35, a differential signal amplification output 36 is fed to a summing amplifier 29. Then an output R-H of the amplifier 17 at a point of time when a 3rd sampling pulse 31 is outputted is amplified into A(R-H) by the amplifier 35 so that a signal (24d) of (R-L)+A(R-H) being a tracking error signal is made zero at an off-track of nearly 45 deg.. Then the tracking is applied so that the signal (24d) is made always zero, thereby realizing the control that the track deviation of nearly 45 deg. is caused in average.</p> |
