PURPOSE:To provide a superconductive wire of oxide type in multi-layer structure easily by forming superconductor layers of oxide type and normal electroconductive layers alternately by thermal spraying over the outer surface of a base consisting of normal electroconductive substance. CONSTITUTION:Superconductor layer 2a of oxide type is formed by thermal spraying over the surface of a base 1 in the form of a tubing made of normally electroconductive material. At this normally electroconductive material used to the base 1 can be named Cu, Ag, Nb, Pd, and stainless steel. For thermal spraying can be adopted such ordinary methods as gas thermal spraying process, plasma spraying process, etc., among which low pressure atmosphere plasma spraying method may be preferred. A normally electroconductive layer 3a is formed by a similar spraying method on the surface of superconductor layer 2a of oxide type. Provision of superconductor layers of oxide type 2a and normally electroconductive layers 3a is repeated more than one cycle. Thus a superconductive wire of oxide type in multi-layer structure is accomplished, in which superconductor layers 2a of oxide type and normally electroconductive layers 3a are laid alternately. |
