<p>PURPOSE:To reduce trouble for input and to quickly print data as desired by outputting respective data, which are stored in the data storage memory of a main body device, to a printer in the order according with a prescribed format. CONSTITUTION:This electronic device 1 has a function to output respective data stored in a RAM 14 to a printer 3 in the order of a postal number, an address, and a name according with the addressing format after input of the name a telephone number, the postal number, and the address to the RAM 14. When print data is searched in a data area 14a of the RAM 14 and an option key 7 is used to select address printing, required data is saved in a save buffer 14b of the RAM 14. Required data are successively taken out from both of the data area 14a and the save buffer 14b to a print buffer 3a of the printer 3, and a printing mechanism pat 3b is driven to print respective data contents.</p> |
