<p>A process for the production of particulate metallic material, in particular metallic shot or grit. In order to produce particulate metallic material at a low cost per unit mass of usable material produced, the process includes the steps of reducing swarf or other scrap metal, separating out the particles of usable size, and heat treating the separated out particles to harden them.</p> |
