PURPOSE:To reduce troublesome processes for balancing at the time of coupling a mirror surface part with a rotary shaft by forming a slanting mirror surface at part of the rotary driving shaft of a motor integrally. CONSTITUTION:A pyramidal mirror is a reflecting medium which has the mirror surface slanting to the rotary shaft, reflects a light beam incident along the rotary shaft by the mirror surface, and deflects the reflected beam by the rotation of the pyramidal mirror. The pyramidal mirror is united preferably with the rotary driving shaft 40 of the rotary motor as a rotary driving system so as to simplify the relation between the rotary driving system and pyramidal mirror as much as possible. For the purpose, there are a method of fixing the pyramidal mirror itself to the rotary driving shaft 40 and a method of forming the rotary driving shaft into the pyramidal mirror by forming and machining the rotary driving shaft 40 itself. Consequently, an improved laser deflector is obtained which omits processes for size control, rotary balancing, etc., at the time of coupling when the mirror surface MI is provided to the rotary driving shaft 40 of the motor. |
