A device for feeding a preformed gradient solution to a liquid chromatographic column comprises containers (1) with elements, an elastic capillary (2) connected by one end, through a valve, to the containers (1) with the elements and to the chromatographic column and by the other end, through a hydraulic throttle (7) and a flow-through chamber (8), to the cavity (9) of a reversible pump (10). A part of the elastic capillary (2) is placed inside the flow-through chamber (8). |
