摘要 PURPOSE:To produce a superconductor attaining superconductive state at >=b.p. of liquid N2 by molding a powder mixture consisting of specified three kinds of element component after precalcining, pulverizing, and granulating the powder mixture, then calcining finally in oxidizing atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:Powder consisting primarily of at least one kind of element (A1) selected from, Y, Er, Sc, La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Tm, Yb, and Lu is mixed with powder consisting primarily of at least -two kinds of element (A2) including Ba selected from Ba, Ca, and Sr and powder consisting primarily of at least one kind of element (A3) selected from Cu, Zn, Ni, Co, Fe, Pb, Ag, and Cd. Obtd. powder mixture is precalcined at a temp. below the final calcina tion temp., then the precalcined product is pulverized to obtain fine powder. Then, the obtd. fine powder is granulated, and the granulated product is compression-molded. Obtd. molded body is calcined finally at 950-1,200 deg.C in oxidizing atmosphere. Thus, a superconductor comprising a sintered body contg. 10<=A1<=60 atomic %, 20<=A2<=50 atomic %, and 30<=A3<=65 atomic %, contg. also O component, and having K2NiF4 structure contg. rhombic crystals, is obtd.
