PURPOSE:To easily carry out high precision welding by setting a flange and a damper on a base and pressurizing the neighborhood of the weld zone of the damper to the neighborhood of the weld zone of the flange by a holding metals to remove a gap in a welding jig. CONSTITUTION:The flange 7 and the damper 8 are set on the base 1 which has been worked at a severe tolerance so that the flange 7 and the damper 8 can be accurately set. As knobs 6 are turned, the neighborhood of the weld zone of the damper 8 is pushed to the neighborhood of the weld zone of the flange 7 by the holding metals 2, 3 to remove the clearance between the flange 7 and the damper 8. Accordingly, easy setting can be performed at accurate positions and high precision welding can be easily conducted. |
