PURPOSE: To easily cut meat and peel skin just by pushing and to provide the fillet of a beautiful cut end by attachably and detachably mounting the two-blade type side cutting blade of a fixed blade and a movable blade to the tip of the cylindrical body of a hand form with a built-in cordless driving device. Then, for the fixed blade 2 and the movable blade 3, an inner side overlapping surface is formed into a slightly concave surface, the adhesion of a blade tip line is improved, an opposite outer side face is formed into a slop-like blade surface and sharpness is improved.
