<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a herpes virus live vaccine by lyophilizing the herpes virus live vaccine with a gas injection until the vaccine attains a specific moisture content to increase the preservation stability thereof. CONSTITUTION: This stable lyophilized herpes virus live vaccine, capable of preferably forming a mixed vaccine with four vaccines by mixing the vaccine with a varicella or a measles vaccine, a mumps vaccine and a rubella vaccine, and containing each of the vaccines in amounts effective for a person immunized with each of the vaccines, is obtained by a gas injection lyophilization by using a lyophilizing process preferably containing a first cycle with a gas injection and a second cycle, for approx. 7-11hr total time of both cycles to contain approx. 0.5-8%, preferably approx. 0.5-2%, approx. 2-5% or approx. 5-8% (as effective subset) moisture content to increase the preservation stability of the above vaccine and enabling the preservation thereof not at (-)20 deg.C (freezer) but at 5 deg.C (refrigerator).</p> |
