PURPOSE:To increase the sticking force between a reinforcing material and a superconductive material layer by forming a copper oxide layer on the reinforcing material, forming a compound layer containing specific elements on it, baking them in the oxidizing atmosphere for solid phase reaction, and forming the superconductive material layer on the reinforcing material. CONSTITUTION:A copper oxide layer is formed on a reinforcing material, and a compound layer containing Ba and elements selected among Y, La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, and Lu is formed on this layer. They are baked in the oxidizing atmosphere, the copper oxide and the compound and/or the oxide generated from the compound are solid phase-reacted, and a layer of the superconductive material expressed by the formula I is formed on the reinforcing material. In the formula I, alpha is elements selected among Y, La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, and Lu, and 0<x<1, 0<=y<2, 0.5<=z<=3. The reinforcing material and the superconductive material layer are thereby stuck firmly. |
