PURPOSE:To completely eliminate shape collapse of TOFU (bean curd) cut into a given size and to enormously shorten time required for packing, by automatizing a process wherein TOFU dough is cut into TOFU of given size and each TOFU is filled into a pack. CONSTITUTION:A first conveyor 3 to arrange bean curd dough 5 in a row and to send to a given position and a second conveyor 6 which extends to the direction crossing the first conveyor and transfer plural empty packs 8. A cutter stand 13 to rise and fall by action of a lifting means 12 is equipped with a guide part 13a extending along the conveyor 6 and plural box cutters 10 sliding along the guide part 13a are arranged in a row closely to neighboring cutters 10. An opening corresponding to a desired size is formed at the under surface of the cutters 10 and a means to carry out pitching of the cutters 10 along the guide part 13a is connected to the cutters 10. Further an on-off valve 14 to open and to close the inner and outer parts thereof is attached to the cutters 10 and the valve 14 is connected to a valve operating means 14d. |
