PURPOSE:To obtain sealability of a housing by composing a wall inside the housing of a second rotary part for transmitting power from a drive source or an outer wall of a slider and a guide rail capable of being fixed. CONSTITUTION:A pulley 17 has a hole for letting a screw 18 through at one position in the circumference of a diameter (d), and a housing 19 is provided with a flange at an opposite position to the motor installing side for boring a screw hole for fixing the screw 18. By taking this fixing method, sliding parts can be fixed at a desired position with the lead length of a ball screw 23 taken as a unit action in the condition of the reduction ratio of 1 between the pulley 17 and a pulley 22. In addition, because a sealed structure can be formed for the housing 19 by installing covers 21a and 21b, dust produced by friction of the pulley 17 and a belt 24 can be prevented from flowing externally out of the housing 19. |
