PURPOSE:To improve workability and safety by arranging a die clamping stroke sensor and a tact timer to set changing point before stopping point and changing low pressure to high pressure at this changing point. CONSTITUTION:A rack 16 is arranged to a piston rod 12 for the die clamping cylinder 11 and a potentiometer 18 is fitted to an engaged pinion 17. The die clamping stroke sensor is constituted of a rack 15, the pinion 17 and the potentiometer 18. The tact timer (vibrator), which outputs tact signal series (reference pulse signal) at the prescribed interval, is arranged in a CPU 26 in a control part 19. At the stopping point at the time of die-clamping under low pressure, this position is detected and operated based on signals of the meter 18 and tact timer, and the fixed value is added with the CPU 26, to find the clamping point from the low pressure to the high pressure. As the setting of the changing point is automatized, the workability and the safety of the die clamping are improved. |
