PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of measurement in a high concn. region by executing function approximation in accordance with the primary differentiation peak value of output signals. CONSTITUTION:The signals from signal taking-out terminals 6, 6 are detected by a current value detecting part 7 and are supplied to a differentiating part 8 by which the primary differentiation signal is obtd. The max. value of this signal is obtd. by a peak value detecting part 9 and is supplied to a polygonal line arithmetic part 10. Whether the concn. of glucose is <=400mg/dl or not is discriminated by a discriminating part 11 in the arithmetic part 10 and the peak value signal is passed through a selecting part 17 in accordance with the discrimination result signal and is subjected to the computation based on the primary function in the 1st or 2nd arithmetic part 12 or 13. The state in which the supplied peak signal is supplied to the 3rd arithmetic part 15 is selected by operating a selector switch 14 and the calibration is executed by inputting the necessary conditions. A constant is calculated in an arithmetic part 15 in accordance with the result thereof. The data on the result of the computation in any of the arithmetic parts is outputted as concn. data through a selecting part 18 which is controlled in accordance with the selecting part 17. The concn. measurement with high accuracy is thus executed even in the high concn. region. |
