发明名称 PURIFYING METHOD FOR HIGH-TEMPERATURE REDUCTIVE GAS
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To efficiently recover sulfur by absorbing high-temp. reductive gas contg. H2S and COS with an absorbent and adding reductive gas or recovered sulfur into circulating gas in a regenerating process, producing and recovering sulfur and introducing one part of the circulating gas into an absorbing process. CONSTITUTION:Reductive gas 4 which contains H2S and COS and consists of H2 and CO as a main component is passed through a dust collector 5 and thereafter introduced into a reactor 16 and H2S and COS are removed with an absorbent 19 and purified gas 50 is obtained. The reductive gas and O2-contg. gas 30 are heated and fed to a reactor 17 and the absorbent 19 is heated and preliminary regeneration is performed. Then recovered sulfur 26, heated gasified gas 65 and O2-contg. gas 66 are fed together with regenerated circulating gas 64 to a reactor 18 and the concn. of SO2 contained in the gas is maintained and the absorbent 19 is regenerated. Circulating gas 37 is passed through a condenser 53 of sulfur and sulfur is liquefied with the condenser 53 and recovered as liquefied sulfur and one part of the circulating gas 37 is circulated to the reactor 16 of the absorbing process as gas 60 and the residual part is circulated to the reactor 18 of the regenerating process as gas 61.</p>
