PURPOSE:To achieve the prevention of abnormal sound of combustion and the stabilization of combustion, by a method wherein a multitude of three kinds of large, medium and small flame ports is provided on a heat resistant plate and the large flame port is positioned at the center of neigh-boring 4 small flame ports and the medium flame ports while the small flame ports are provided at the intermediate positions of respective neigh-boring 2 middle flame ports. CONSTITUTION:A combustion plate 1 is constituted of a heat resistant plate 2, made of ceramics and provided with a multitude of flame ports. The flame ports consists of 3 kinds of large, medium and small flame ports 3, 4, 5 while each of them are circular flame ports and are distributed so as to be arranged in the shape of a lattice. The large flame port 3a among the large flame ports 3 is surrounded by 4 small flame ports 5a-5d, positioned with equal intervals, and the four directions thereof are surrounded by 4 medium flame ports 4a-4d positioned with an equal interval. In another word, 4 small flame ports 5a-5d are positioned at the intermediate positions of said 4 medium flame ports 4a-4d. The ratio of the sectional areas of said large, medium and small flame ports is the most preferable to be 4:2:1. When the arrangement of the flame ports is designed in such a manner and the ratio of the number of sets of respective large, medium and small flame ports are designed so as to be 1:3:4, the most prominent effect may be obtained. Flames may be stabilized and the generation of noise due to vibration combustion may be restrained well when said ratio is varied within + or -30%. |
