PURPOSE:To constitute the title side protector so that the same is apt to manufacture in small lots, gloss of the surface of an obtained product is favorable, a color of the product under use does not discolor and the same is fitted to a vehicular body easily, by a method wherein after a colored film has been arranged on a molding part of a bottom force, raw material resin is arranged on the colored film and a connecting member where a built-in part side is projected is supported by a molding part of a top force. CONSTITUTION:A multiple constituent colored film 2 is arranged so that the same covers a molding recessed part 5A of a bottom force 5 under a state where the same adheres closely to the recessed part 5A, over which formable raw material 11 are supplied. Then the bottom force 5 and top force 6 are superposed upon the formable raw materials and a predetermined molding part 7 is formed by both the forces. A high-frequency impression device is arranged on the bottom and top forces 5, 6 and the raw material resin 11 within the molding part 7 is heated. The raw material resin 11 is foamed through heating, filling the inside of the molding part 7 to cause the colored film 2 to stick close to a molding surface. Then a connecting part 3B in piercing through holes each 8 of the force 6 is taken off, the top force 6 is raised and the connecting part 3B is removed. |
