PURPOSE:To transfer only a specified original area onto a transfer paper smaller than the original and to form its image by providing a position control means dislocating the mutual position relation between the specified original area and its corresponding transfer area. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 38 controls all the actions of an image forming device, which a digitizer 3 informs coordinates designated by a user to the CPU 38. An operation part 30 informs a user of the designation of a transfer mode desired by the user and the information of the machine. An LED array 14 is provided in order to partially or completely remove electric charges on a drum, and carries out the removal of an image area or its extraction. For example, the array moves the position of the transfer paper to the original, or moves an image forming position on a photosensitive body. Thus the mutual position relation between the specified original area and its corresponding transfer area is dislocated to form images on the transfer paper smaller than the original. |
