PURPOSE:To facilitate an after-treatment by stopping next paper supplying action and also making all the paper which exists in a carrier path processed in terms of paper discharging, preceding a processing for abnormality or simultaneously with the processing for abnormality when the abnormality which does not cause a hindrance in the carrier of paper occurs. CONSTITUTION:When the abnormality which does not cause the hindrance in the carrier of a transfer sheet occurs, a driving signal and a driving power source to the cause of the occurrence of the abnormality are stopped at first. For example, when the abnormality occurs in a lamp 2a, the lamp 2a is turned off and when the abnormality occurs in a motor M7, the driving of the motor M7 is turned off, and when a fault occurs in a total counter, the total counter is displayed and the next paper supplying action is stopped, then all the paper which exists in the carrier path is processed in terms of paper discharging. Thus, paper removing processing is not always executed in the case of the process for abnormality and the operation of the process of abnormality can be simplified. |
