<p>PURPOSE:To crush an air gap by detecting existence of the air gap in a mold, by a method wherein after bleeding of resin through the mold, a small quantity of the resin is cast additionally at higher pressure than casting pressure up to that time without deciding immediately that casting is completed. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a mold 14 is filled with resin 20 containing a crosslinking agent by casting through the center by an extruding resin 20 and bleeding is begun through a bleeding hole 16, a small quantity of the resin is cast into the mold additionally at higher pressure than casting pressure up to that time by closing the bleeding hole without deciding immediately that casting is completed. Then resin pressure within the mold 14 is raised suddenly, when there is no air gap within the mold 14, the resin pressure hardly varies and when there is the air gap within the mold 14, pressure is lowered. Therefore, the existence of the air gap is detected through a pattern of the pressure; in the case where it is revealed that there is the air gap, one or more number of times of readdition of the resin are performed.</p> |
