PURPOSE:To facilitate and automatize various kinds and an small quantity of copying by individually and continuously copying the optional image block of an original written in a prescribed form. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is constituted of an editing machine 4 for reading in a prescribed process area 3 specified in a copy original 2 placed on a coordinate input plate 1 and a control device 7 which instructs a copying machine main body 6 to execute a special process different from the process for other area only to the prescribed process area 3 specified from the editing machine 4 at the time of executing the copying the copy original 2 placed on a copying platen 5. And the original in the prescribed form is divided into the original image blocks in the specified area specified by a coordinate input means and the respective image blocks are individually copied. Thus, various kinds and a small quantity of copying can be easily obtained.
