PURPOSE: To enable the payment of prize winning money even before the end of lottery by inputting betting numbers over plural times, storing these numbers while adding peculiar information to them, and adding an information showing the presence/absence of prize winning to the betting numbers and the peculiar information. CONSTITUTION: When a person who desires betting enters marks in betting mark column 14 and a time mark column 15 on a betting card 12 and these marks are read by a card reader part 2, at a central system 10, an identification number is added to these data and they are stored in a filing device 9. The system 10 outputs answer data containing the betting number, etc., to terminal equipment 7 and a ticket issue part 4 outputs a lottery ticket 16 on which these data are printed. When the winning number and prize money are decided, the registered betting numbers are retrieved, and processing is performed for adding a code showing finished prize winning to a symbol part and adding the amount of prize winning money to a prize money amount part. When the discrimination of success/fault is requested with the lottery ticket and the lottery ticket is read by the reader part 2, the equipment 7 displays the answer data from the system 10 on a display part 3. |
