摘要 PURPOSE:To attain low cost for the manufacture of a diaphragm by forming a metallic film on the surface of a mold and melt-spraying a ceramic on the film so as to form a melt-spraying film being a diaphragm thereby attaining the repetitive use of the mold for many times. CONSTITUTION:A composite mold 7 formed by forming a copper mold-releasing film 7b made of copper on the surface of a titanium-made mold 7a processed into a desired shape by means of plating is used and boron carbide powder as a melt-spraying substance is melt-sprayed on the surface of the mold 7 from a plasma melt-spray device so as to form a melt-spray film 5. Then in immersing an incorporated body of the melt-spray film 5 and the composite mold 7 in a nitric acid solution diluted in a proper concentration, the nitric acid aqueous solution is invaded gradually through parts having no melt-sprayed film 5 and pores existing in the melt-spray film 5, only the plated copper film is dissolved as the mold releasing film 7b and film is released from the mold, and then the diaphragm 6 made of boron carbide single substance is obtained.
