PURPOSE:To prevent the inputted rectangular signal from changing by using a superconducting material as the material which forms the wiring conductor layers in a ceramic multilayered circuit board, thereby making the propagation speed of the electric signal fast. CONSTITUTION:Ceramic insulating layers 1 and wiring conductor layers 2 are alternately stacked. And the wiring conductor layers 2 are formed of a superconducting material. Preferably, said superconducting material is mainly composed of at least two or more of group IIa elements, group IIIa elements, group Ib elements of the periodic table or mainly composed of at least one or more of group IIa elements, at least one or more of group IIIa elements, at least one or more of group Ib elements and oxygen. Also, the ceramic insulating material forming the ceramic insulating layers 1 consists of a glass ceramic or glass-filler composite material, which is a material that can be sintered at a temperature lower than the sintering temperature of the superconducting material. |
