PURPOSE: To obtain prize winning without any special additional operation by automatically controlling columns of symbols to be moved when the displayed symbols satisfy a specified condition after the movement of plural columns of symbols is stopped. CONSTITUTION: When the occurrence of scattered prize winning is confirmed by a specified condition detecting circuit 47 after a reel is stopped, MPU 15 operates a coin pay-out device 46 to pay out some of divident coins to the scattered prize winning, for example, ten coins. The specified condition detecting circuit 47 detects whether or not the display position of 'star mark' 55 of reels 5-9 agrees with a prize winning line 12, or shifted forward or backward by one frame or not from counters 30-34, and according to an input detection signal, a reel travel deciding circuit 50 supplies a signal for further driving a needed stepping motor among stepping motors 16-20 to the MPU 15. The reels 5, 6, 7, 9 are rotated in such a manner as to be shifted from each other by one frame, the 'star marks' 55 of the reels 5-9 agree with the prize winning line 12, and the residual number of divident coins, for example, 20 coins are further paid out to a receiving tray 14. |
