<p>PURPOSE:To align a product by moving it one at a time without relying on manual and by bias moving the press working product transferred from a die conveyor on a bias driving roller conveyor on each single item and after aligning it with its rotation by bringing into contact with a guide piling it up at a fixed position by an attraction conveyor. CONSTITUTION:The blank 1 superposed on a die conveyor 3 is transferred to a bias driving roller conveyor 4 one by one. At this time, it is deviated to the guide 8 side of a one side frame 6' according to its being fed to the downstream by a driving roller 4a. The blank 1 is brought into contact with the guide 8 at its one point (a) of the side face 1a. The blank 1 is then rotated centering around the one point (a) and transferred to the terminal with bringing the two point (b) of the side face 1a into contact with the guide 8. The blank 1 is then reached to the terminal by being attracted to the magnet roller 9 of an attraction conveyor 5 and abutted to a stopper 11. It is simultaneously detected by a sensor and piled up in order on a stack base 12 by a dropping device 15.</p> |
