PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition outstanding in molding processability and heat resistance etc., capable of giving molded products with matte appearance, by incorporating ABS resin with specified amount of a specific silyl group- contg. vinyl copolymer. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating (A) 100pts.wt. of ABS resin with (B) 0.5-30pts.wt. of a silyl group-contg. vinyl copolymer of formula (X is hydrolyzable group such as halogen; R1 is H, 1-10C alkyl; n is 1-3), with the main chain virtually constituted of vinyl polymer, having in one molecule at least one silicon group bonded to the hydrolyzable group and molecular weight 300-30,000. |
