PURPOSE:To cope regardless of dimensions of an H-shaped steel to be rolled by bisecting a width guide guiding an inner surface of a flange to enable controlling. CONSTITUTION:The width guides 31a, 31b are bisected and disposed to guide the inner surface of the flange 1a of the H-shaped rough steel plate 1 respectively. On the lower ends of the width guides 31a, 31b, a screw member 38a is interposed the screw member 38a is threaded at both sides in mutually inverse directions, and both end parts thereof are screwed to a rotating shaft 37 supported by outer frames 36a, 36b. The rotating shaft 37 is rotated by a driving device 42 through a coupling joint member 41, to constitute a width control device 40 capable of accessing and departing one pair of the width guides 31a, 31b mutually. In this way, the kinds of guides are reduced and rearranging operation of guides eliminated. |
