PURPOSE:To reduce the number of control lines and to simplify circuit constitution by allowing plural processors to monitor a signal with respective different timings in reference to a timing signal and providing an arbitoration bus continuously sending a resource request signal when a signal is silent. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is provided with a clock bus 10 which supplies a common clock signal to the plural processors 1-4 which hold the resource 16 in common, a timing bus 11 which supplies the timing signal of prescribed period to the plural processors 1-4, and the plural processors 1-4 to monitor the signal with the respective different timings in reference to the timing signal, and an arbitoration bus 12 which occupies the resource by continuously sending the resource request signal when the signal is silent, then making the resource request signal to be silent after the resource is occupied. Thus since the access of the plural processors for the resource can be arbitrated, the number of the control lines can be reduced and the circuit constitution is prevented from being complicated. |
