PURPOSE:To enable to quickly cope with model change and the like by a structure wherein the major part of a decompression device is separated from an internal-combustion engine side. CONSTITUTION:The decompression type recoil starter provides with grooves 8-13, which control the actuation of the decompression selector 21 in the plane of a reel 4. The decompression selector 21 is energized by means of a specified groove. One end of an operating cable 28 is coupled to the decompression selector 21, while the other end of the cable 28 is coupled to a decompression arm, which controls by opening and closing at least either suction valves or exhaust valves arranged in the internal-combustion engine. |
