PURPOSE:To continuously obtain a uniform product, by sandwiching molten cheese cream in between top and bottom two sheets of roasted laver under a specific condition, controlling thickness by a pressing member and then cutting. CONSTITUTION:Cheese cream is melted by a warm water melting pot 1 and cooled to 40-50 deg.C to give a fluid cheese cream, which is extruded through a feed container 8 from a nozzle 12 and placed on a sheet of roasted laver 31 being transported by a conveyor 13. Further transportation of the cheese milk is continued and a sheet of roasted laver 32 is piled on the cheese cream in a state where the cheese cream is cooled to 32-44 deg.C and viscosity is increased and the cheese cream 30 is sandwiched in between the sheets of the laver 31 and 32. The cheese cream sandwiched in between the sheets of the laver is pressed by rotary rolls 15a-15d, adjusted to proper thickness, cut into an arbitrary size and shape by a blade 17 and a food of delicate flavor 33 is stored in a preserving box 19. |
