PURPOSE:To obtain the titled liquid drink and solid food beneficial for health and suitable as a tonic nutrient, by crushing aloe, seaweed, garlic, etc., fermenting in a liquid mixture of alcohol, whole rice vinegar, etc., and filtering the product. CONSTITUTION:(A) Aloe, (B) royal jelly, (C) a seaweed and (D) garlic are separately washed with water and crushed. preferably, 250ml of the component A, 100ml of the component B, 30ml of the component C and 100ml of the component D are added to a liquid mixture consisting of (E) 70ml of whole rice vinegar, (F) 250ml of honey and (G) 100ml of alcohol and left standing for e.g. 100 days to effect the fermentation. The fermentation product is filtered to obtain the objective transparent liquid drink and a solid food produced by drying the filtration cake. |
