The cock assembly with a valve is a cock for a fluid under high pressure including a body 2 provided with an upstream opening 3 and a downstream opening 5, and a movable valve 24 located inside the body 2, the said valve being capable of being moved to come into abutment against a seat 25 provided in the body. The cock is further provided with means 21b, 31, 33 for commanding the closure of the valve under the effect of the high pressure, with means 34, 36 for neutralising the means for closing the valve 24 and with means 21a, 32, 43 for commanding the opening of the valve under the effect of the high pressure. <IMAGE>
