UNEVEN SURFACE TRIM COVER

Disclosed is a method of making uneven-surfaced trim covers with a ultrasonic welder. Ultrasonic welder horns are arranged so as to be in conformity with a given final shape in which the trim cover is to be formed, and a three-layer trim body is pushed against the horn arrangement, and is subjected to ultrasonic heating, thereby welding the three-layer trim body in its selected areas to form the same into its final shape.
