<p>Aminoalkoxybenzopyranones of the formula wherein ? is a single or double bond, n is an integer from 2-5, R is H, -CF3, lower alkyl or lower alkoxy, and Het is 2-, 3- or 4-pyridinyl, 2-, 4- or 5-pyrimidinyl, 2-pyrazinyl, 2- or 3-thienyl, 2- or 3-furanyl, 2- or 5thiazolyl or these groups substituted by lower alkyl, lower alkoxy or halogen, are described as well as methods of preparation, pharmaceutical compositions and methods for treating anxiety and psychoses such as schizophrenia therewith.</p> |
