<p>The object of the present is a variable-pitch propeller. According to the invention, the rotor comprises blades, each fixed independently of the others onto the hub of the rotor solely by means of a deformable and pivoting fixing means, directly provided between each blade or a means of support of this blade, the axis of pivoting of each blade being parallel to a chord of the hub of the rotor and pivoting forwards, blade pressure face side, being prevented by a stop integral with the base of the blade or its support.
