The process according to the present invention is characterised in that, combined with the nonionic surface-active agent and mixed with it, there is sprayed on the atomised base an organic additive with a melting point of between 40 DEG C and 80 DEG C which is dispersible in the nonionic surface-active agent in this temperature range and which is in addition insoluble in the said surface-active agent at temperatures below 40 DEG C, it being necessary for the ratio by weight of the organic additive to the nonionic surface-active agent to be between 1:5 and 1:40, preferably between 1:10 and 1:30.
