The system includes a data acquisition unit consisting of a microphone 2 linked to a speech recognition circuit 3, which compares the words uttered by the speaker and digitised with those previously recorded in a vocabulary memory 4 and restores them in a display device 7 for verification and validation of these words constituting data. It further includes a circuit for processing the digital data obtained 5 which translates these data into a computer code used by the computer 16, an interface circuit for transmission of the data thus coded 6 to the computer, also providing for reception of these data re-sent by the computer, for verification and validation of the data received by the latter. <IMAGE>
