It consists of two steel plates 1 and 2 bolted onto the external side walls 8 and 9 of the column, transverse plates bent round and welded at their ends onto the internal walls 8 and 9 of the two bolted side plates, forming together, and after assembling, a structure projecting over the front wall of the column having the shape of a one-piece parallelepiped at the bottom of the cells of which the compartments comprising the column are protected from any attack by conventional and sophisticated means. <IMAGE>
