Installation comprising an endless belt 6 stretched over rollers 7 or the like and provided with means of receiving and/or holding parts to be transferred from a point A of arrival to a point B of removal of these parts, this installation being characterised in that the section 8 of the belt transferring the parts from the point A of arrival to the point B of removal, and the return section from the point B of removal to the point A of arrival passes over rollers 10, 11 or the like forming loops of belt 81, 91, these rollers 10, 11 being mobile in such as way as to increase or reduce the length of the transfer section 8 and, inversely, in such a way as to reduce or increase, simultaneously and correspondingly, the length of the return section 9. <IMAGE>
