A plug connection for a visor of a protective helmet is described, which visor can be supplied with electric current and is preferably heatable. In this case, the plug connection consists of a receiving pocket (5), provided on the visor, and of a button-shaped plug (7). The plug (7) can be hooked into the pocket (5) with one hand. In an advantageous design, the visor heating can be switched off by simply turning the plug (7) (Figure 1). <IMAGE>
